So, you’re the one they call Bill. I have heard much about you, not only from Them, but from a close friend who still does work in Kanto. What a magnificent piece of technology you’ve created! I must thank you for it!

But I’m afraid you must be mistaken. I desire nothing but peace for this world. They are an unnatural scourge threatening the very balance of life on earth, and still, nobody seems to recognize their danger! I tried to relieve this land of The Voices some time ago, but it seems They proved too much for my efforts alone.

So; are you here on behalf of The Voices, Bill, or do you too desire peace?

Well, I don’t really care for the Voices much, but I also don’t care for the idea of trying to essentially kill off anything that’s aesthetically unpleasing.

But I think I just might have the perfect idea for you. An ugly world needs more beauty, right? Well, I’m adding a few new improvements to my randomizer technology.

See, I know you never really liked the idea of eliminating Pokemon, even if it was your own (which I hope it wasn’t.) 

So… why not just turn all the Pokemon into people instead? 

Honestly, I can’t decide whether to call the project “Touhoumon” or “Moemon.” Possibly both. I’m not sure.

Listen. I know it’s futile to try and explain the motives behind my actions of a few months ago. I have no right to try. But if you truly believe the key to ridding the world of that foul plague is to turn all pokemon into humans; you’re wrong.

The population is rapidly increasing by the day with no help from outside technology, and the thought of multiplying it tenfold, while draining the precious resources that allowed humanity to bloom in the first place.. it would be catastrophic!

However. What if this were not our world this were occurring in, per se? If we could isolate them essentially in a world of our choosing, without pokemon?

….Bill. Join me. Let’s join forces.

Together we should have just enough technology to successfully trap The Voices. My tracking technology and vast knowledge on the Mob’s behavior, put together with your mighty PC network and digitizing knowledge.. the very system They have abused for evil all along!

What do you say? Would you allow me to aid you in this all-important Touhoumon/Moemon project? I would be able to locate the new Host at least a full week before Their emergence.
